Overview
A 142-bedroom, net-zero-carbon hotel at Exeter Science Park. Delivered as a fully electric hospitality destination, the project brings guestrooms, food and beverage, private dining, conference and leisure facilities together with electric vehicle and bike charging — demonstrating new-build hotel delivery with ambitious sustainability targets. BREEAM Outstanding for both the design and the construction and also in 2025 won BREEAM’s Commercial Building of the Year.
