Overview
A phased refurbishment of the Grade I-listed five-star hotel beside St Pancras International. The Refurbishment covered 207 guestrooms and associated corridors across six floors while the hotel remained operational, demonstrating the careful phasing, heritage sensitivity and guest-focused coordination required within a live landmark hotel.
