Overview
The project involved the major refurbishment and conversion of the fifth and sixth floors within the Grade II* listed building, delivering 35 new bedrooms with exceptional views across London’s most recognisable landmarks. The project required sensitive reconfiguration of the existing layout, incorporating minor structural alterations to create new guest rooms alongside male, female, and DDA-compliant changing facilities and a new gym.
