Overview
The works comprised the high-end refurbishment and fit-out of The Langham Hotel’s Sterling Suite, Club Lounge and Regent Wing, including the soft refurbishment of 47 guestrooms. The scope included structural alterations, new link bridges, MEP and plant upgrades, bespoke joinery and specialist finishes, all delivered within a live five-star hotel environment.
