
Overview
The transformation of the Grade II listed, 1890s Victorian building formerly St Olave’s Grammar School into a 70-room luxury boutique hotel. Works involved the formation of a double basement, new roof and introduction of mezzanine levels. The existing heritage fabric was meticulously restored including the dismantling of the clock tower, its remediation and repair and then recommission.
