Overview
The project comprised the remodelling and heavy refurbishment and extension of a Grade II-listed Mayfair property, creating 16 luxury apartments and four duplex retail units. Extensive internal reconfiguration, new glazed additions and upgraded services were sensitively integrated with the restoration of the building’s historic fabric. High end finishes throughout and latest technologies were incorporated.
