Overview
The major structural and logistical undertaking involved the conversion and reinstatement of the original townhouses buildings from their previous commercial office usage into luxury residential properties. A treble level basement was created whilst maintaining the historical elements above. The revised configuration delivered nine lateral and ultra-prime residential units, which included a massive seven-bedroom family house alongside. While the principal historical rooms and original staircases were retained, modern infrastructure was integrated seamlessly. This included the insertion of internal passenger lifts and the creation of private roof terraces. In the basement level a car stacking facility together with pool and gymnasium were introduced.
