Overview
Originally constructed as multi storey garage for Selfridges the Art Deco listed facade was retained. A double basement was introduced and the new frame was brought 2 storeys higher than the retained facade. 73 new guestrooms were formed together with bar, restaurant and SPA facilities. A sculpture by Sir Anthony Gormley was also introduced part forming The Gormley Suite
