Overview
Part façade retention with new rooftop extension and heritage cladding the development comprises 13 luxury apartments on the corner of Hans Place and Herbert Crescent, sensitively designed to complement its historic conservation area setting. The architecture provides a contemporary interpretation of the surrounding Victorian character, combining finely detailed red brick façades and bespoke brickwork with individual architectural treatments that preserve the scale and rhythm of the original terrace.
