A layered destination in the heart of Shoreditch
RED Group was appointed by Lore Group to restore and redevelop the seven-storey building at 100 High Street Shoreditch as an independent hotel concept. The programme brought together 258 bedrooms, six restaurants and bars, event spaces and an expanded rooftop terrace.
The work included façade restoration, new building services, roof refurbishment and careful enhancement of the building’s distinctive oriel windows.
